Mr. Rajnikant Chanchad, Founder & Director of Nityas Gems and Jewellery,
Rajnikant Lallubhai Chanchad born on June 1, 1983, aged 42 years, is the Chairman and Managing Director and Promoter of our Company. With a deep and insightful understanding of the jewellery and diamond market, our founder plays a pivotal role in shaping the creative and strategic direction of Nityas Gems and Jewellery. His ability to anticipate market movements and emerging trends enables him to develop distinctive designs and craft forward-thinking marketing strategies that resonate with a wide and diverse customer base. By seamlessly blending innovation with timeless elegance, he ensures that every creation reflects both contemporary appeal and enduring value.

Sonalben Rajnikant Chanchad
Sonalben Rajnikant Chanchad, born on November 17, 1986, is 39 years old and serves as an Executive Director and Promoter of the Company. In her capacity as a Promoter, she has played a crucial role in laying the foundation of the organization and continues to contribute significantly to its sustained growth and development. As an Executive Director, she is actively involved in the day-to-day management and operational functions of the Company, ensuring that business strategies are effectively implemented and aligned with the overall vision and objectives.
She brings with her a strong sense of leadership, dedication, and a results-driven approach, which has been instrumental in enhancing the Company’s performance and market presence. Her ability to make informed decisions, coupled with her commitment to excellence, enables her to oversee various key functions and drive innovation within the organization. With a clear focus on long-term value creation, she continuously works towards strengthening business relationships, improving operational efficiency, and exploring new growth opportunities, thereby contributing to the Company’s ongoing success and stability

Savaliya Dhruv Janakbhai
Savaliya Dhruv Janakbhai, born on June 03, 1999, is 26 years old and serves as a Non-Executive Director and Promoter of the Company. As a Promoter, he has been associated with the Company since its formative stages and has played an important role in shaping its vision, values, and long-term objectives. In his capacity as a Non-Executive Director, he is primarily responsible for providing strategic guidance, independent oversight, and valuable insights to the Board, while not being involved in the day-to-day operational activities of the business. His role focuses on strengthening corporate governance, ensuring transparency in decision-making, and contributing to the formulation of policies that support sustainable growth.
With a forward-thinking mindset and a keen understanding of evolving market dynamics, he actively participates in high-level discussions related to business expansion, investment planning, and risk management. His ability to analyze opportunities and provide balanced perspectives helps the Company in making well-informed strategic decisions. He is also committed to upholding ethical business practices and ensuring that the Company adheres to all regulatory and compliance requirements. AJIT NAIR
Nair Ajit Velayudhan is the Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. He has been associated with our Company since January 12, 2026. He holds a degree in Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Bombay. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. He has over 33 years of experience in finance and accounting.
Anu Ashish Amodia
Anu Ashish Amodia is a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. She has been associated with our Company since March 13, 2026. She holds a degree in Master of Commerce from the Veer Narmad South Gujarat University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration. She is a qualified Company Secretary and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has an experience of over 12 years. At present, she serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Bhatia Colour Chem Limited and is also associated with Kiran Industries Private Limited as its Company Secretary.
Dineshbhai Manjibhai Bhimani
Dineshbhai Manjibhai Bhimani is a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. He has been associated with our Company since July 17, 2025. He holds a degree in Bachelor of Commerce from South Gujarat University, Diploma in Co-operation and Accountancy from Government Diploma in Co-operation and Accountancy Board, Gujarat, an advance course in Journalism Mass Communication and Public Relation from South Gujarat University and also holds a Certificate in Management Development Programme in Procedural Aspects for Recovery of Cooperative Bank's Dues Under Recent Government Orders from National Institute of Co-operative Management. He has over three decades of experience in the field of banking and finance. Previously, he was associated with Sarvodaya Sahakari Bank Limited as an Officer in their head office.
